What is Chaatra Vriddhi Yojana
Chaatra Vriddhi Yojana is the annual scholarship initiative by Gyaan Dhara Foundation aimed at supporting meritorious students from less privileged backgrounds in continuing their education beyond Grade X.
Many talented students are forced to discontinue their education after secondary school due to financial constraints. Through this scholarship program, Gyaan Dhara Foundation strives to ensure that deserving students receive the support they need to pursue higher education and build a brighter future.
Under this initiative, 30 deserving Grade X students are awarded a scholarship of Rs. 10,000 each to support their admission into Grade XI or an equivalent diploma course.
The scholarship is designed not only as financial support but also as encouragement for students to continue their educational journey with confidence and determination.

Our Selection Process
The Chaatra Vriddhi Yojana follows a transparent and merit-based selection process.
Every year, Gyaan Dhara Foundation conducts a Scholarship Examination for Grade X students from Marathi medium and semi-English medium schools, particularly from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The execution process includes:
• Announcement of the scholarship program and registration of students
• Conducting a structured scholarship examination to assess academic merit
• Evaluating student performance and selecting the top 30 students based on their scores
• Awarding a scholarship of Rs. 10,000 to each selected student upon submission of their Grade XI admission documents
This process ensures that scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate both academic potential and determination to continue their education.
